Introductions

Preliminary Business

• Approve November Meeting minutes – meeting minutes reviewed & approved
• Additions/changes to this Meeting Agenda – quick discussion added about virtual Bernstein event

Treasurer’s Report

Gail and Jodi – Budget Review

• Vote on revising the budget to include the water bottle fundraiser.
• Water bottle fundraiser brought in $1750 – we have over $100k in the account, how much fundraising should we continue to do
• Motion to modify the annual budget to reflect the water bottle fundraiser – approved
• Discussion on doing a check-writing campaign in late Winter to keep our momentum going – Michelle will meet with Ms. Kosmala about an audio visual presentation; will also meet with Alyssa Maxwell to brainstorm and plan
• Discussed carrying amounts from year to year
• Discuss Annual Audit – Lisa – goes through questions to determine if we’re in good standing. Discussed that we need to add a current cash balance from the treasurer to each meeting’s minutes.
• Current cash balance: Checking: $59,728.20; Savings: $45,233.47

New Business

Current members: 92 members, 7 leaders

Old Business

• Review water bottle sale results – $1700 profit, about 80 waterbottles sold
• Any upcoming fundraising updates
