Looking for a way to show your favorite teachers some love? A donation to our annual appeal for teachers helps fund reimbursements for classroom supplies ($8000 annually), larger grants for special programs and equipment to benefit Jackson students ($10,000 annually), and monthly staff appreciation events. We can’t continue these programs without you! Please consider donating a “Jackson” for our Jackson teachers today! Our appeal ends February 14th.

BERNSTEIN BASH SUPPORT NEEDED 2/21
Please join us on Saturday, February 21 from 1:00-3:00 to help collect donations for the Bernstein Bash! We’ll pair up and canvas some of our SW local hot spots, including Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, downtown Lake Oswego, and the South Waterfront, hyping the artful learning program and gathering gift cards and in-kind donations. TEACHER APPRECIATION PASTA PARTY 2/13
We’re organizing a potluck-style pasta luncheon on Friday, February 13th. The staff so appreciate these lunches because it’s a rare opportunity to sit down together and chat (versus eating on the fly in their classrooms!) Can you bring a pasta dish, salad, or bread to share? The PTA will provide plates, utensils, and drinks. LUNCH DUTY
We are looking for some committed volunteers who have the flexibility to be present at lunch on a more regular basis. The sign-up this year is for a monthly slot (e.g. 3rd Monday of the month; 2nd Tuesday, etc.) The dates are listed for you, including the no school days. It’s anywhere from 2-10 days of commitment, so pick a slot that works for you! 2 people per day, so bring a friend and come walk the track with your kids! Your presence helps keep things running smoothly.
